Jane Pocock, CEO UK & Ireland, Copart
Jane was appointed UK & Ireland CEO of Copart Inc. in 2019. Copart is the global leader in vehicle remarketing and recycling. Copart has a $58 billion market capitalisation, is NASDAQ listed and a S&P 500 company. Copart has a patented digital auction technology that engages a global buying base, partnering with Insurers, Finance co’s, Banks, Contract hire & Leasing co’s, Rental co’s, Manufacturers, Dealer Groups, car supermarkets, Garages, Breakdown companies and Auction houses. Copart also manages emergency events such as widescale flooding and fires, i.e. the Luton Airport car park collapse. On an annual basis Copart UK handles more than 500,000 vehicles. The UK is the second biggest market for Copart Inc. and represents 10% of the global business.
Since joining in 2019, Jane has doubled the size of the UK business and has ambitious plans for further growth. Copart has also recently acquired the Green Parts Specialists and is now the largest national supplier of reclaimed OEM parts to nationwide mechanical and accident repairers. Jane battled the CMA to acquire the parts business beating the process in phase 2 with no remedies, following a 12-month legal battle, testament to her resilience and determination to win in business.
Jane has a wealth of experience with over 30 years in the automotive industry. Prior to Copart, Jane was CEO of Vans Direct, leading a sale to Vertu Motors Plc. Jane’s earlier career included 17 years with the AA, where she held leadership roles in their insurance, membership and roadside assistance businesses both in the UK and Europe. During this time the AA went through private, public and PE ownership.
Jane has been recognised as one of the Top 100 Women in the Automotive Industry and has regularly been invited to speak at the prestigious Association of British Insurance Annual Conference. Jane is also a member of the Auto30% Club.
Jane is a big fan of building partnerships and working with data and insights. She loves building high performance teams and striving for challenging targets and is a mentor to new and upcoming leaders in the UK and US. Jane also champions climate change, equality, diversity, inclusion and is passionate about creating a culture where everyone can thrive, making a point of celebrating success along the way.

Karen Bellairs - Chief Customer Officer and MD Garages
Karen is now Chief Customer Officer and the MD of the Halfords Garages business, responsible for the consumer garages and the end-to-end customer proposition – ensuring that the company maintains a customer first focus and deliver the very best service for customers across the business.
Karen is also a Patron and Gold member of the Auto30Club.

Catherine Faiers, Chief Operating Officer, Auto Trader
Catherine joined Auto Trader in August 2017 and was appointed as Chief Operating Officer (‘COO’) in May 2019. Catherine is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Auto Trader’s business. She is also focused on guiding the Group’s strategy and development.
Prior to this, Catherine was Chief Operating Officer at Addison Lee, Corporate Development Director at Trainline and a Director at Close Brothers Corporate Finance. Catherine graduated from the University of Durham with a BA in Economics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, training at PwC. She is a Patron and Gold Member of the Automotive 30% Club.
