The Sponsors

Proud to sponsor and host the 2027 Inspiring Automotive Women Awards.
We’re delighted to be both sponsoring and hosting the 2027 Inspiring Automotive Women Awards at our Manchester head office. Welcoming the industry to our home is a proud moment in our long-standing partnership with the Automotive 30% Club, built on a shared commitment to championing and empowering women across the automotive sector.
At Autotrader, we have been committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture for over a decade.
That commitment includes our women’s network, launched in 2014 as one of our first employee networks and still thriving today. We know there is no single experience of being a woman in the workplace, which is why we aim to create support that is inclusive and meaningful to different experiences and backgrounds.
Our partnership with the Automotive 30% Club began shortly after the club was launched in March 2016, when we joined and took part in an Automotive 30% Club career speed networking event at Silverstone with 100 girls from across the country. We later supported an outreach session in 2018 at The Hill Primary School in South Yorkshire, focused on breaking gender stereotypes and raising awareness of careers in the automotive industry. From the outset, it was clear we shared the same values, and we have been active supporters of Julia and the club ever since. Since then, we have worked together on a range of initiatives and events, covering a breadth of topics from intersectionality to helping women in junior roles progress their careers through Project Moonshot.
Inspiring tomorrow’s role models.
We have also proudly supported the Automotive 30% Club’s 'This Girl is Me' campaign across our social channels. As part of our commitment to educational outreach and early careers, we continue to deliver talks and workshops to schools across Greater Manchester, aimed at challenging outdated perceptions of careers in the automotive industry and providing real role models for young women.
In 2024, we introduced the ‘Woman of the Year’ award at our Retailer Awards to recognise and celebrate women doing brilliant things in our industry. This initiative is just one of the many steps we have taken to help women grow their careers, alongside internal programmes that support learning and progression, such as the Diverse Talent Accelerator and Inclusive People Management.
Supporting the Automotive 30% Club aligns with our responsibility to support the communities we operate in. Our commitment to inclusion and sustainability is reflected in our work on 'Great Events for All.' Creating inclusive events matters because it shapes how welcome, represented and able to participate people feel, while also encouraging organisers to do so in an environmentally responsible way.
At Autotrader, we are incredibly proud to celebrate the excellent contributions women make across the industry. That’s why we’re proud to sponsor and host the 2027 Inspiring Automotive Women Awards, and to continue supporting the Automotive 30% Club in its work to drive greater representation and inclusion across the sector.

Through our Women in Motor Forum and our partnership with the Auto30Club, we’re helping to raise awareness, empower female talent, and promote gender equality across the sector.
These efforts align with our values of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement, and we’re proud to stand alongside others in the industry who share this vision.

“The automotive industry is automating everything it can. Technology is making customer experiences faster, smarter, and more efficient than ever before. But buying and then owning a car is an emotional and personal experience. Technology alone does not build trust. People build that trust. That is why at Direct Affinity we believe in the human edge, and we are committed to a people first approach. We are delighted and honoured to be sponsoring the Inspiring Automotive Women Awards for a second year running.
The Auto30Club’s mission fits perfectly with our own values. We’re passionate about creating a culture where everyone can thrive, and we’re thrilled to have already achieved 30% female representation on our senior team. This commitment has also been recognised externally, with Direct Affinity CX named among the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women, ranking in the top 50 nationwide. For us, it’s never about ticking boxes, it’s about making sure people feel seen, supported and inspired to build careers they’re proud of.
The Inspiring Automotive Women Awards recognise the incredible women who are driving change in our industry, whether that’s senior leaders creating opportunities, mentors and role models empowering others, or those behind the scenes making our workplaces more inclusive. Their impact is huge, and their stories help others believe they can achieve the same.
We know how powerful it is to have visible role models. Seeing someone who looks like you, or who shares your experiences, succeed makes those 'big goals' feel possible. That’s why we’re standing alongside the Auto30Club in celebrating female excellence across the industry.”
