The Sponsors

At Autotrader, we have been truly committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture for over a decade.
Our journey began with the establishment of our women's network in 2014, one of the first of our employee networks, which continues to thrive today. We recognise that women themselves are diverse and actively champion and support them all within our organisation.
Our alignment with the Auto30Club began in 2015 when we first encountered the 30% Club at an outreach session at Mill Hill School in Bradford, supporting women in automotive. From that moment, we knew our values were in sync, and we have been active supporters of Julia and the club ever since. Together, we have partnered in various strategic initiatives and jointly held numerous events covering topics from intersectionality to ensuring women in more junior roles can progress their careers in the automotive industry through the Auto30Club Project Moonshot.
We play an active role in supporting early careers at Autotrader and regularly share ideas with other Auto30Club members. We are always ready to collaborate with Julia when she needs people to lean in on certain subjects, sharing our approaches.
In 2024, we proudly introduced the "Woman of the Year" award at the Retailer Awards to recognise and celebrate women doing brilliant things in our industry. This initiative is just one of the many steps we have taken to help women grow their careers. We have introduced programs that support learning and progression, such as the Diverse Talent Accelerator and Inclusive Leadership.
Supporting the Auto30Club aligns with our responsibility to support the communities we operate in. Our commitment to inclusion and sustainability is reflected in all the work we have done for 'Great Events for All.' Celebrating diversity at events is crucial, as an inclusive event can have a profoundly positive impact on people's experiences in a way that is respectful to the environment.
At Autotrader, we are proud to celebrate our role in promoting the excellent contributions women make across the industry. By supporting the Inspiring Automotive Women Awards and the Auto30Club, we continue to champion diversity, inclusion, and the empowerment of women in the automotive sector.

At Close Brothers Motor Finance, we’re proud to sponsor the Auto30Club’s “Who Inspires You?” campaign and the Inspiring Automotive Women Awards.
These initiatives celebrate the achievements of women in the automotive industry and highlight the individuals who are helping to drive change.
Supporting these campaigns reflects our commitment to creating a more inclusive and balanced workplace.
Through our Women in Motor Forum and our partnership with the Auto30Club, we’re helping to raise awareness, empower female talent, and promote gender equality across the sector.
These efforts align with our values of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement, and we’re proud to stand alongside others in the industry who share this vision.

At Direct Affinity CX, we don’t just talk about change, we make it happen. From how we work with clients to how we build our teams, we’re focused on creating real impact.
That’s why we were delighted to support the Auto30Club's Who Inspires You? campaign earlier this year, and why we’re honoured to be sponsoring the Inspiring Automotive Women Awards 2026.
The Auto30Club’s mission fits perfectly with our own values. We’re passionate about creating a culture where everyone can thrive, and we’re thrilled to have already achieved 30% female representation on our senior team. This commitment has also been recognised externally, with Direct Affinity CX named among the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2025, ranking in the top 50 nationwide. For us, it’s never about ticking boxes, it’s about making sure people feel seen, supported and inspired to build careers they’re proud of.
The Inspiring Automotive Women Awards recognise the incredible women who are driving change in our industry, whether that’s senior leaders creating opportunities, mentors and role models empowering others, or those behind the scenes making our workplaces more inclusive. Their impact is huge, and their stories help others believe they can achieve the same.
We know how powerful it is to have visible role models. Seeing someone who looks like you, or who shares your experiences, succeed makes those 'big goals' feel possible. That’s why we’re standing alongside the Auto30Club in celebrating female excellence across the industry.

Hyundai Capital UK (HCUK) is proud to support the Automotive 30% Club’s Inspiring Automotive Women Awards for 2026, continuing our commitment to a more inclusive automotive industry.
As silver members of the Auto30 Club, we stand with organisations working toward the “30 by 30” goal - ensuring 30% female representation in leadership roles by 2030.
These awards celebrate women who are driving change, breaking barriers, and inspiring others. Supporting them aligns with HCUK’s values of inclusive leadership, equal opportunity, and business transformation through diversity.
With 28% of leadership roles across member companies now held by women—well above the industry average—this initiative is making real impact. HCUK is proud to help accelerate that momentum.
Supporting the Auto30 Club is not just a partnership—it’s a shared mission to reshape the future of automotive.

At the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI), we know that people are the heart of our sector. That’s why we’re proud to sponsor the Inspiring Automotive Women (IAW) Awards with the Auto30Club – an initiative that celebrates the incredible women making a difference across every corner of automotive.
The awards are more than just recognition; they’re about shining a light on role models whose stories can inspire the next generation. From technical experts and business leaders to those driving change behind the scenes, these women are helping to shape the future of our industry.
We’re also thrilled to give the IAW winners an additional platform by showcasing them at our Annual Dinner and Awards. It’s a chance to celebrate their achievements in front of peers, industry leaders, and colleagues, and to recognise the vital role women play in shaping the future of automotive.
By partnering with the Auto30Club, we’re backing the drive for greater gender balance and helping to ensure the sector is open, diverse, and ready for the future. We’re incredibly proud to celebrate these inspiring women's achievements and continue working with the Auto30Club to build an automotive industry where talent, passion, and ambition know no boundaries.
The IMI are the professional body for people working and learning in automotive.

At TrustFord, we are dedicated to ensuring everyone is treated equally. We understand the value of diverse teams and how this drives success.
We are dedicated to helping everyone understand, appreciate and accept that not everyone is the same, and that an inclusive business creates a happy and positive workplace.
Over the years, we have partnered with the Auto30Club, valuing the inspiration and support Julia Muir and her organisation bring to sharing widely the opportunities for women during every stage of their career.
By celebrating brilliant women, we spread the word together. That is why TrustFord is proud to sponsor the Auto30Club IAW Awards. Amplifying the critical part women can play in business is core to our strategy, which is why we are delighted to support these Awards, celebrating inspiring women in the automotive industry.
