“The Auto30Club Masterclasses provide a regular forum for middle and senior level automotive managers to learn about key elements of transformational inclusive leadership, including the line manager’s role in inclusive recruitment, performance management, succession planning, adopting AI, and improving their own performance. These inclusive leadership skills at all levels are essential to build high-performing gender-balanced teams, and will ensure we continue to remove the barriers that have historically led to the exclusion of women.
Sessions will feature a mix of respected automotive leaders and external expert guests. The format is an hour-long “lunch and learn” session hosted by Auto30Club Associate Jane Cusdin, offering the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussions. We encourage our member companies to incorporate these sessions into their wider learning and development plans for their line managers.”
