Annick is Managing Director of LKQ SYNETIQ, the joint venture between LKQ Europe and SYNETIQ Ltd, where she leads the strategic development and operational execution of the business. Based at LKQ SYNETIQ’s vehicle dismantling plant in Doncaster, she is focused on scaling the delivery of recycled original equipment parts to workshops, bodyshops and insurers, while increasing access to more sustainable and cost-efficient vehicle repair solutions, underpinned by assured quality.

Annick joined the role from her previous position as Chief Financial Officer at LKQ Euro Car Parts and brings more than 12 years of automotive aftermarket experience. Her career includes strategic roles within LKQ’s North American operations, where she worked with LKQ Canada’s large-scale vehicle recycling operations, as well as senior leadership positions at Qatari Diar and Alcatel-Lucent, where she led transformation programmes, strengthened commercial operations and built high-performing international teams.

Annick first joined the Automotive 30% Club during her time as CFO of LKQ UK&I and championed LKQ’s original decision to become part of the initiative. In her current role, she continues to support progression and representation through LKQ’s Women’s Network and her European leadership remit, bringing a strong focus on operational excellence, sustainable growth and building diverse leadership teams that can help shape the future of the automotive sector.

Luke Broad

Luke is Managing Director of RRG UK, the Renault Group-owned retail business running Renault, Dacia and Alpine dealerships across England and Wales. He stepped into the role in January 2026 after more than a decade at Renault Group, moving from the manufacturer side into leading the retail operation on the ground.

Luke leads with an empowering, trust-based style and is a firm believer that the best teams are built by making room for people who don’t fit the usual mould.

Andrew is the Chief Operating Officer at Vantage Motor Group, where he leads the business with a strong focus on people, performance and long-term growth. With extensive experience in the automotive retail sector, Andrew has played a key role in shaping the group’s culture, strategic direction and customer-first approach across multiple franchise brands and locations.

Andrew is passionate about developing high-performing teams and creating an environment where colleagues can thrive, recognising that engaged people are fundamental to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Under his leadership, Vantage Motor Group has continued to evolve through investment in its people, operational excellence and transformation initiatives, whilst maintaining a strong commitment to its core values and colleague development.

Julia Muir

Julia is the CEO of Gaia Innovation Ltd and the award-winning founder of the Automotive 30% Club; a network of over 70 automotive CEOs and MDs who are building high performing gender-balanced teams by increasing female representation to rise to the challenges of industry transformation. They have the power to make change happen. She is also a Vice President of the Automotive Leadership Network, and an Honorary Fellow of The IMI, and has over 30 years’ experience in automotive in HR, Training, Sales, Marketing and Product Development. She supports leaders to adopt transformational leadership, create inclusive cultures that enable people to achieve their full potential and build high performing gender-balanced teams. She also advises on delivering school engagement activities to inform youngsters about careers; and inspires women to progress in the industry.

The Club aims for a “tipping point” of at least 30% representation of diverse women in key leadership roles by 2030 through a ‘30 by 30’ strategy. Julia creates forums through which members “collaborate to accelerate” the change, including CEO closed-circle meetings. Her book, “Change the Game: A leader’s route map to a winning, gender-balanced business” was published in 2021.
