Lakshmi is the UK Managing Director for Arval UK, which is BNP Paribas’ subsidiary engaged in the vehicle leasing business. She is also currently the Chair of the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association.
In her current role at Arval, she has P&L responsibility for Arval/BNP Paribas’ leasing business in the UK, which includes 700 employees and covers a fleet of over 200K vehicles, and serves customers ranging from large/internal companies, SMEs to individuals.

Prior to taking over the UK MD role in early 2021, Lakshmi worked with the Arval Group centre in Paris, leading the Retail leasing business line across countries – in which role she was part of the Arval group global Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Arval/ BNP Paribas, Lakshmi has worked with HSBC and GE Capital in various sales, marketing and business development roles. She has over 20 years of experience in consumer and commercial finance, and has worked in several countries including UK, France and India.

Lakshmi has an MBA from INSEAD (France), a Master’s degree in Business (Indian Institute of Management) and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mumbai university). She is married with two children, a dog and a very supportive husband.

Nick is the CEO and Managing Director of the Transport business at Lloyds Banking Group. He leads Blackhorse Finance, Lex Autolease and Tusker. Together with partnerships with car manufacturers, these organisations form the UK’s leading automotive finance provider, helping people and businesses remain mobile across Britain helping the industry move toward a more sustainable future.

Over the past 20 years, Nick has held several senior executive roles across Lloyds Banking Group, including positions in Transformation, Digital and a range of leadership roles in the Retail Division. He brings extensive experience in leading large and complex business transformation, technology and product development, and delivering strong commercial performance. Nick’s leadership style is inclusive, collaborative and people focused. Before joining Lloyds Banking Group, he worked as a Technology Consultant in Financial Services at Accenture.

Nick also served as a Non-Executive Director at MerseyCare NHS Foundation Trust. In this role on the board, he contributed to shaping and developing one of the UK’s largest providers of mental and physical health services, covering community care and specialist inpatient services across low, medium, and high security levels across the north-west.

Nick lives in Cheshire with his wife and two adult children. He enjoys staying active through daily exercise, skiing in the winter, and playing golf and padel during the summer.

With 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, Jane has built her career in commercial roles at global OEMs, leading digital transformation programmes. In her last corporate position at Jaguar Land Rover, she also chaired the employee-led Gender Equality Network, where she championed gender balance through practical initiatives and built a strong internal support network for women across the business.

Jane is a proud Associate of The Auto30Club, is also an Executive Coach, a Mentor, and was named an Inspirational Automotive Woman in 2022. She is passionate about supporting women throughout their careers – helping them to lead with confidence, authenticity, and impact—particularly in industries where they are underrepresented.
