I joined Zenith as CEO in March 2025, and I have been overwhelmed by the warm reception from colleagues – all of whom speak so highly of the work we’ve done to create a thriving workplace where everyone can be their true, authentic selves. Led by our pioneering EDI programme, improving diversity across the group has helped us establish a more inclusive culture, build a safe environment for everyone to have a voice, and ultimately, create better business outcomes.

The automotive industry has historically been behind the curve when it comes to gender representation. However, I’m pleased with the huge strides we’ve made to increase gender parity at Zenith, and today, 33% of our senior leadership team are Female.

Nonetheless, while this is ahead of the average for women in the automotive industry, we’re still behind the wider UK average. This highlights just why supporting the Automotive 30% Club is vital if we’re to continue increasing gender equality across the sector.

I’m looking forward to continuing to champion the Automotive 30% Club and its great work, while working with others to create a better environment for all.
