“Diversity is a core strategic principle at Oodle and central to our cultural DNA. We have a strong focus on gender diversity backed up by proactive networks designed to help us hear the broader ‘voice of diversity’ in our organisation.
We believe being a member of the Automotive 30% Club will enable us to keep learning and developing our plans to become even stronger in this critical area and consequently drive a more successful business that attracts and retains top talent and enables them to thrive here at Oodle.”

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are integral to how we operate at Oodle, and our goal is to build a high performing culture that is fair, safe and inclusive for everyone.

We’re incredibly proud of our progress on DEI. Three years ago we made a commitment to increase gender diversity on our ExCo and in senior leadership roles and in 2026 we have around 50% female representation across both groups. Our employee networks focusing on Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage, LGBTQ+, Neurodiversity and Mental Health inform and influence our approach to ensuring that we build inclusivity and equity into our processes.

We have partnered with the Onvero to provide us with invaluable benchmarking and a wealth of resources for our employees, leaders and networks. We are also signatories to the Women in Finance Charter, Race at Work Charter, a member of Neurodiversity in Business and we’re a Disability Confident (Level 1) accredited organisation. Continuing our Silver Membership of the Automotive 30% Club is an important part of how we learn from and contribute to our industry.
