International Women’s Day Inspiring Conversation

In celebration of International Women’s Day 2023, we hosted our annual recognition event on Tuesday 7th March to discuss this year’s theme ‘Embracing Equity’ in more detail, as part of our latest Inspiring Conversations sponsored by Toyota GB.

Julia Muir, Founder of the Automotive 30% Club was joined by 5 of the Automotive 30% Club’s Inspiring Automotive Women Award winners to discuss the difference between equity and equality, and some of the actions that can be taken to improve equity in organisations.

100% of respondents to our post-event survey stated they found the session interesting, and 90% stated they were inspired to take action to embrace equity.
