Paddy is responsible for delivering JLR’s Reimagine strategy and leading our modern luxury transformation in JLR’s home market. He drives value creation across the entire ownership cycle and holds full accountability for executing JLR’s brand-led, client-centric strategy in the UK.

Paddy joined JLR in June 2021 as UK Sales Director and was appointed Managing Director for the UK market in July 2023. His career spans leadership roles in finance, strategy, and sales at General Motors and Volkswagen Group, where he built a reputation for delivering results.
