Michelle Breffitt climbed the automotive industry ladder over two decades from the ground floor up to senior leadership developing a customer centric and digitally focused car buying experience at a large multi-franchise AM100 dealer group. As a DE&I advocate, keynote speaker and community catalyst she works with disability motoring website, MotaClarity and is co-founder of Women Drive Electric which connects the automotive industry and female consumers.

Stuart joined Ford Retail as a Trainee Accountant back in 1997 post graduating from Brunel University with a BA Hons in Business. He quickly progressed through the finance division holding various roles & was appointed Finance Director in 2013. Fast forward ten years to 2023 where he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer for the No.1 Ford Dealer Group in the UK.

Erin Baker - Editorial Director, Auto Trader
Erin is an award-winning motoring journalist and broadcaster, with a passion for narrowing the gender gap both within the industry and among drivers. She was the Motoring Editor at the Telegraph Media Group for four years, during which time she got her race licence and bike licence.
She left the Telegraph in 2016 to pursue a freelance career, before being appointed as Editorial Director at Auto Trader in 2017. Alongside her work at Auto Trader, Erin writes monthly car columns for Vogue, Goodwood and Electric Drives. She is also the co-host of She's Electric, a national roadshow bringing women and EVs together.
