Claire Roberts and Antony Roberts – Co-founders, Full Fathom Five

Claire & Antony are co-Founders of Full Fathom Five AI, a consultancy helping organisations adopt AI responsibly, ethically, and with clear commercial intent. They specialise in turning complex topics such as AI ethics, workforce impact, and EU AI Act compliance into practical advantage for leadership teams.

Alongside authoring AI Training programmes and working with boards to craft AI strategies, Claire is also a passionate speaker on diversity, women in tech and AI ethics, and works closely with government agencies, charities & organisations campaigning for safer AI, and raising awareness of the impacts of AI on women and underrepresented groups. Claire is a member of the UKAI Women in AI taskforce; a board advisor for multiple organisations including the Safe AI for Children Alliance (SAIFCA); and part of the National Council of Women’s research team investigating internet harms.

Antony’s work with Full Fathom Five focusses on the evolving world of AI technology, regulation and ethics. Working with boards and transformation teams he supports organisations to implement AI technology strategies with a focus on people, compliance, ethics & governance.

Ant brings deep automotive experience to the event, having spent eight years at Audi as Head of Digital, working closely with dealer networks and OEM stakeholders on digital transformation, customer experience, data, and emerging technology. He understands first-hand how technology decisions affect people, culture, and performance across large, operationally complex organisations.
