Jade joined Halfords in March 2025 as Director of People Partnering at Halfords, she also oversees Talent Acquisition. She partners with the executive committee to build a high performing culture, which includes fostering an environment and culture where our colleagues can be at their best every day, driving engagement and building talent and future capabilities.

Jade has a long career in high performing, FTSE organisations, such as Sainsburys, Currys, Shell, Wickes and Travis Perkis to name a few. Jade has spent much of her career in partnering and business change roles, having led major transformation programmes in the past.

Her focus for Halfords is creating a compelling colleague proposition and an inclusive, high-performance environment that aligns with Halfords’ strategy and delivers measurable business value. Passionate about turning insight into action, Jade brings a commercial, systems-thinking lens to people decisions and enjoys coaching leaders to lift engagement, retention and capability, so teams can perform brilliantly for customers and colleagues.

After spending the last ten years creating an all-employee experience that fuels performance and makes Autotrader one of the most admired digital employers in the UK, Christos remains as passionate as ever. Leading the People, Culture and Environment team, Christos is jointly responsible for the group’s people strategy and delivering on our Community, Environmental, and Diversity & Inclusion commitments. He has a deep passion about the power of partnerships between the business and voluntary sector. Before Autotrader, Christos studied Marketing Communications at The American College of Greece and the London School of Economics before completing an MSc in Human Resources Management at the University of Manchester. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Deeply passionate about people and Manchester, Christos is a Trustee for We Are Survivors and a member of the steering committee for Change the Race Ratio.

Aman Sidhu – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Partner, Volkswagen Group UK [photograph]

Aman Sidhu

Aman is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion lead at Volkswagen Group UK, where she drives strategic initiatives to build a culture of inclusion across all brands and functions, including Audi, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, Volkswagen Passenger Cars, and Commercial Vehicles.

She began her career in the construction industry before moving into DEI on the HS2 project with Balfour Beatty Vinci. From 2018 to 2022, she led DEI efforts that secured Silver accreditation with EDI Clear Assured. Since joining Volkswagen Group UK in 2022, Aman has guided the organisation to achieve Gold accreditation with Inclusive Employers, Disability Confident Level 2, and in September 2025 the business won Diverse Company of the Year at the National Diversity Awards.

Aman has championed the growth of six employee network groups and works with the DEI Guild to coordinate and embed activities, ensuring inclusion is a shared responsibility across the business.

Her approach is inclusive, data-driven, and action-oriented. With a strong understanding of intersectionality and a commitment to equity, Aman is recognised for her ability to challenge the status quo, influence senior stakeholders, and design evidence-based solutions that create long-term infrastructure for inclusion.

With 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, Jane has built her career in commercial roles at global OEMs, leading digital transformation programmes. In her last corporate position at Jaguar Land Rover, she also chaired the employee-led Gender Equality Network, where she championed gender balance through practical initiatives and built a strong internal support network for women across the business.

Jane is a proud Associate of The Auto30Club, is also an Executive Coach, a Mentor, and was named an Inspirational Automotive Woman in 2022. She is passionate about supporting women throughout their careers – helping them to lead with confidence, authenticity, and impact—particularly in industries where they are underrepresented.
