Diversity, equity and inclusion is at the heart of our Group’s people strategy. Over the last five years, we’ve participated in the global, cross-company, cross-sector mentoring programme Moving Ahead. In 2023 we supported their Mission GENDER EQUITY programme and have a cohort of female colleagues going through the programme as mentees and mentors. We also have a successful Women in Leadership programme, supporting colleagues development.

As a business we’ve had a consistent fairly equal gender balance over the last 12 months, with an increase in female representation at senior leader level.Just under half of leaders in MotoNovo are female, and more than half of my executive team are female, this is clear evidence our commitment to delivering results. We will continue to strengthen our recruitment processes to attract more female candidates.

Our commitment to Generating Real Opportunities for Women in the motor industry led us to launch our GROW Network in 2022, to create a support system across our dealer and broker partners, with the aim of increasing female representation within the industry.nce launch, GROW has hosted a number of virtual and networking events, offered support for career development and shared news, insights and resources to help progress equity and diversity.

It is by working together that we can continue to create a more diverse and gender balanced industry.
