Charlotte has been in the Aftersales Manager role for three years and is responsible for ensuring customer expectations are met, labour sales targets are achieved and that the department is fully compliant with both the business’ and manufacturer audit standards.
Charlotte is also a passionate line manager for her team, providing coaching, mentoring and ensuring they are supported in their development.
Charlotte joined the automotive industry 11 years ago after a short period as a customer service agent in an airport. She loved the customer interactions but struggled with the shift work. Her first role in the industry was with Audi Slough as a trainee service advisor. Since then she’s also worked with BMW and had several internal promotions, before joining Jardine Motors at its McLaren Ascot dealership.
Charlotte is very focused on helping to drive better gender balance by recognising young female talent when recruiting for new roles in her team, as well as nurturing and supporting young female colleagues to push themselves forward in their careers.
