In the conversation below, Lucy speaks to Julia Muir Founder of the Automotive 30% Club about being a positive driving force for Auto Trader's Disability and Neurodiversity Network, and how it felt to be recognised by her colleagues. Lucy says that in order to make women with disabilities more visible, automotive businesses must create an environment where everyone can shine, and highlights more about her plans to continue to inspire people to embrace diversity.
