Earlier this month, Auto Trader UK hosted their second Courageous Conversations episode, in partnership with the Automotive 30% Club.
Julia Muir, Founder of the Automotive 30% Club joined the panel, to discuss performative allyship, a subject that has moved to the forefront of D&I discussions, they discussed its damaging role in diversity and inclusion and how to move towards more authentic, action-based allyship.
