Episode 2: Courageous Conversations hosted by Auto Trader UK in partnership with the Automotive 30% Club

Earlier this month, Auto Trader UK hosted their second Courageous Conversations episode, in partnership with the Automotive 30% Club.

Julia Muir, Founder of the Automotive 30% Club joined the panel, to discuss performative allyship, a subject that has moved to the forefront of D&I discussions, they discussed its damaging role in diversity and inclusion and how to move towards more authentic, action-based allyship.

Episode 2: Deeds not words – How to move away from performative allyship.

The second episode took place on Wednesday the 14th of October. In addition to Julia, the panel included Auto Trader’s Senior Campaign Manager, Rebecca Nassiri, Fiona Daniel, CEO and Founder of FD2I and Auto Trader’s Client Development Director, Simon Hosannah.
