Back in 2020, Vantage Motor Group created new core values for our team to embrace and integrate into every part of our business. Aside from letting our customers know what they can expect from our teams our core values give existing and new team members a code to work by, ensuring that we all have a clear vision of what is expected of us allowing us to drive forward together, building a stronger business and a solid reputation for excellent customer service.

In line with our latest values we are proud for Vantage Motor Group to become a Silver Member of the Automotive 30% Club, the more we can do to address the gender balance across all roles in the industry the better.

We support inclusion and diversity across the group and the values we follow in Working Together and Be Better support this.

We are seeing more and more women being promoted into senior roles across the group, some after taking time out to have families and it is great to see.
